u missed a step

yo i got a problem i downloaded everything in this guide and then i go to CoRevolution.exe and i tried to start up the game but it says (the thing i downloaded) "This Application has failed to start because graphic.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." I'm using windows vista...is that the problem? can u like make a vid or a step by step guide on what to do that includes screenshots or something? ....This is my first time dealing with a conquer private server so i dunno wat to do =.=
