[Guide]How To Download a File

Step 1: First, you need to know what you want to download.

Let's say, you want to download CoRevolution's client. The first thing you need to do is, find the website. Open the web browser and type in the url: corevo.org:




Step 2: Next thing you need to do, enter the site. Then find what you want to download, which is the client. And click on it:





Step 3: After you clicked the link for the Client, it takes you to the Download page. On this page you want to click, "Regular Download" so you don't need to register and pay.




Step 4: Now that you clicked "Regular Download" you have to wait about 30 seconds. Then it asks you to enter a code. Type the code in the box that it shows you:




Step 5: After you type in the CORRECT code, it gives you the final link. Click on it. It's in the middle of the screen and it says, "CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD". After you click the link, YOUR DONE. You have successfully downloaded a file.







Okay, so you downloaded the client. Now what you need to do next to play CoRevolution is Download the new .exe, and then Register an account. After that you are free to play. Here's how to do it. First, download the .exe. From what you learned in the previous guide on this post, that is open your web browser and type in corevo.rg. After you do that you entered the site and that's where you find all the stuff. This is similar to downloading the client, but you have to click a different thing. Here's that thing you need to click on the site, look at step 1:

Step 1: Click on this:



After you do that, it takes you to a different page, then you double click on, "CoRevolution.exe". Look at step 2:

Step 2: Double click, "CoRevolution.exe" See picture below:


Now, after you double click, "CoRevolution.exe" it should take you to another page. This is the final step on how to download it. See step 3

Step 3: Click on, "Click here to Download:. See picture below:





Alright, after you download it. If on your Computer it doesn't ask you to save it somewhere. You have to do it manually. So when your downloading something you guys notice, it opens a bow of downloads. So find the file and right click it, click on, "Open Containing Folder". Then it takes you to the folder where it's saved automically at. Drag the Conquer.exe into your CoRevolution folder and run that to play.

Okay now your game is fully configured and is ready to play, but before you can play you need to Register an account. I'll show you how below. See Step 1.

Step 1: Using your previous knowledge, at the home page of the website corevo.org it should show something saying, "Account Registration" click on it. See picture below:




Then after you type in a User name and passwords it should say, "Account registered Succesfully" if not then most likely you type the password differently in 1 of the fields then to the other. Or the User name already exists. So if you registered Sucessfully, run the new .exe you downloaded for your client and login. Have fun!
