Black Named Players

I don't know if this is a glitch or how it is supposed to be, but can you allow black named players to talk to all NPCs like normal characters? For some reason I cannot enter the PK area because I cannot talk to Moon Goddess. If you cannot do this, then can you make a working PK amulet (possibly you can trade in a GoldCup in order to get one). I failed to notice the PK amulet did not work (yes I am that stupid) while it added a ton of pk points making me black.

I see blacknames in pk city before, your character must be glitched or bugged or somthing.
