Suggestion:
The jail could have a counter for each kill you get, f.e. 10 points per kill (based on pk point system, meh?) and have a 1-2-3-4-5 spots like GW style but for kills/points for the top 5 killers. If the counter restarted every few hours or so and top killer announced server wide (would receive... not sure on rewards, not really necessary... maybe like 5 extra stats or something so people would WANT to do it ;P)
I think this would add a nice new spice to jail that would be enjoyable to all ^^.
